Job Description:

• Client Proposals / Invoices for procurement of furnishings and materials.
• Assisting Project Managers with writing purchase orders.
• Process purchase orders and vendor payments.
• Verifying confirmations / sales orders with POs.
• Tracking all orders and maintaining budget.
• Delivery / installation coordination with Project Managers.
• Final reconciliation of procurement.

Create and maintain highly organized and accurate procurement system.

Good knowledge and understanding of RFQ or Project Tender make BOQ to send, coordinate and negotiate with the suppliers, make Costing BOQ and Sales Quotation, and other related works.

Responsible for the purchasing of materials and services and then managing the purchasing process through listing, handling suppliers, documentation, spread sheets, invoicing and procuring. Experience in an Interior Fit-out or Furniture Retailing Company is an advantage. 

Skills/ Qualification/ Experience:

• 2-5 years of related experience in UAE, including demonstrated success in a similar role / position.
