Our client is in the distribution of Swiss cosmetics and cosmeceutical products across Europe, CIS and the Middle East region. They are currently seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager - MENA. 

Reporting to the Global Marketing Director and Business Head Middle East-Africa, the responsibilities will be to build effective strategies for the MENA region, appoint and manage distributors, prepare and implement annual plans in line with turnover and profit targets, regularly monitor secondary and primary sales data and interact with the distributor team, coordinate with logistics and regulatory departments, liaise with marketing agencies for ATL and BTL support, regularly conduct market visits, analyze data and training and development of the team. 

He has to take ownership of the business in the MENA region and help plan and execute strategies in close coordination with the Business Head. The suitable candidate should preferably be an MBA / BBA having minimum 10 years experience in a reputable FMCG companies managing the MENA region. 

He should have experience in launching new brands across multiple countries, appointing and managing distributors, understanding of the MENA markets, trade marketing management and good analytical skills
